This implies that ABG Fastena, acting under the full and unconditional responsibility of ABGSC, promotes investment and/or ancillary services to clients or prospective clients, receives and transmits instructions or orders from the client in respect of investment services or financial instruments, places financial instruments or provides advice to clients or prospective clients in respect of those financial instruments or services.

Complaints regarding services provided by the tied agent in its capacity as tied agent shall be referred to ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Ruseløkkveien 26, 0251 Oslo/ P.O Box 1444 Vika, 0115 Oslo.
