The seller has signed a new 15-year triple net lease in connection with the acquisition. The lettable area amounts to approximately 22,500 square metres. The plot size of the property corresponds to approximately 90,000 square metres. The property is an add-on acquisition to ABG Fastena’s platform Fastena IV.
