ABG Fastena continues its logistics and light industrial platform build-up in top-ranked Swedish logistics location by acquiring an asset under development, located next to the European highway E20 in Skara. The seller, Astro Sweden AB, has signed a 10-year triple net lease agreement, commencing upon completion of the project in early 2023.

The plot measures approximately 40,000 square metres with a lettable area upon completion of approximately 8,100 square metres. The property is an add-on acquisition to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena IV.
