Per Nisses is one of the three founding partners and Head of Investor Relations. Mr. Nisses’ primary responsibilities include capital raising and secondary trading.

Mr. Nisses has nearly 15 years of work experience. Prior to founding ABG Fastena, Mr. Nisses co-founded Arctic Capital AB, where he acted as Managing Director focusing on capital raising and secondary trading. Mr. Nisses has an extensive investor network, in Sweden as well as internationally.

Previous experience include Pareto Securities, Wallich & Matthes, 3i Group and European Capital (now LGT Capital Partners). Mr. Nisses holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Lund University.
