Jarkko Lehtonen’s primary responsibilities include deal origination and execution in Finland.  Mr. Lehtonen has nearly 20 years of experience from the real estate sector. Prior to ABG Fastena, Mr. Lehtonen was the co-founder and portfolio manager of the UB Nordic Property Fund. In total, Mr. Lehtonen has been involved in either buy or sell side transactions worth approximately EUR 1,5 billion.

Previous experience includes Kesko and local asset management assignment for Sveafastigheter. Mr. Lehtonen holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology (currently Aalto University).
