ABG Fastena has signed a new 10-year lease with Dollarstore at our BREEAM certified property in Burlöv, 10 minutes outside of central Malmö. The lease comprises 1,900 square metres and Dollarstore will move in during November 2024. The property is now fully let with Coop and Rusta as the other tenants.

Our grocery and discount retail portfolio, worth SEK 1.2 billion, has approximately 95% of its rental income from grocery and discount retailers such as Coop , Axfood, Rusta, Jysk and Dollarstore.
