ABG Fastena continues its investment platform build-up within grocery and discount retail by acquiring three newly built properties. The properties are located in Mjölby, Ljungby and Mariestad with a WAULT of 10 years and are anchored by Rusta. The acquisition is based on a portfolio value of approximately SEK 120 million with a lettable area of approximately 8,000 square meters.

The properties are add-on acquisitions to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena I. Closing will take place in mid-May.
