ABG Fastena adds another two properties to its grocery and discount retail portfolio, now at SEK 1.3 billion in property value, by acquiring in Sölvesborg and in Ljungby from Artis Fastigheter.  The property in Sölvesborg is fully let to Rusta on a ten-year lease and the lettable area amounts to approximately 2,300 square meters. The property in Ljungby is fully let to Jysk and thansen on two ten-year leases and the lettable area amounts to approximately 2,500 square meters. The properties are add-on acquisitions to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena I.

Closing of the Sölvesborg property took place in April 2025 and the closing of the Ljungby property is scheduled for early June 2025.
