ABG Fastena continues its logistics and light industrial platform build-up by acquiring two light industrial properties in Västerås and Greater Stockholm through a sale and leaseback transaction with Mälarlift. As part of the deal, Mälarlift has signed a twelve-year triple net lease for both properties, which have a combined lettable area of approximately 4,300 square meters on plots totalling around 18,000 square meters.

The properties are add-on acquisitions to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena IV.
