ABG Fastena is acquiring a 2,732 square metre light industrial property in Örebro. The building on the property was constructed in 2003, extended in 2008, and has undergone updates in 2022. The plot area totals 5,425 square metres.

The deal is structured as a sale and leaseback with Industriprodukter i Örebro AB, under which a seven-year lease agreement will be signed for the entire property.

“With this deal, we have acquired I&L properties worth SEK 560 million this year, and we hope to maintain at least the same pace during the second half of the year,” says Per Nisses, Head of Investor Relations at ABG Fastena.

The property is an add-on acquisition to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena IV.
