ABG Fastena establishes a new investment platform and acquires a newly built light industrial property in Stockholm from Stjärnhöken for SEK 151 million. The lettable area amounts to approximately 7,200 square metres, spread across four tenants who will gradually move in during the autumn. ABG Fastena intends to acquire more properties in the segment.
