ABG Fastena establishes a new investment platform and acquires a light industrial property in Gothenburg from Svenska Hus for SEK 190 million. The lettable area amounts to approximately 9,600 square metres. The property is fully leased to Bevego, a wholly owned subsidiary to Dahl Sverige AB, which signed a 15-year lease in 2019. Closing took place on December 17, 2021.
