ABG Fastena continues its grocery and discount retail platform build-up by acquiring a newly built and Sweden Green Building Council-certified grocery property in Sölvesborg. The property is fully let to Willys, who has signed a new 10-year lease, which will commence upon completion of the development in January 2023. The lettable area amounts to approximately 3,200 square metres and the property is an add-on acquisition to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena I.
