ABG Fastena continues its light industrial platform build-up in Greater Stockholm by acquiring a property in Eriksberg’s industrial area in Botkyrka municipality. The seller, Solna Fast Food, has signed a new ten-year lease in connection with the acquisition. The lettable area amounts to approximately 3,300 square metres, divided into warehouse and office spaces.

The property is an add-on acquisition to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena III.
