ABG Fastena adds another property to its grocery and discount retail portfolio, now at approximately SEK 1,5 billion in property value, by acquiring a modern retail property in Mariestad. The property is fully let to Coop, Dollarstore, ÖoB and Mekonomen. The lettable area amounts to approximately 7,900 square meters and the plot area amounts to approximately 28,300 square meters .

The property is an add-on acquisition to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena I.
