ABG Fastena’s first deal

ABG Fastena acquires three newly built grocery store properties from NREP. The largest property is located in Tumba, south of Stockholm, and the other two are located in Trelleborg and Motala. The properties are fully let with a WAULT of 11 years where the Swedish grocery chain Coop is the main tenant. Property value is  approximately SEK 345 million with a lettable area of c. 14,300 sq.m.
