ABG Fastena continues its logistics and light industrial platform build-up in top-ranked Swedish logistics location by acquiring two properties in Kungsbacka and Skövde, respectively. The seller, Grönsakshuset, has signed a new 15-year lease in connection with the acquisition. The lettable area amounts to approximately 3,400 square metres. The two properties are add-on acquisitions to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena IV.
