ABG Fastena continues its logistics and light industrial platform build-up in top-ranked Swedish logistics location by acquiring a property in Pilängen, Örebro. The seller, ÖGS-Bolagen, has signed a new 15-year lease in connection with the acquisition. The lettable area amounts to approximately 3,000 square metres, divided into light industrial and office spaces. The plot size of the property corresponds to approximately 36,000 square metres. The property is an add-on acquisition to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena IV.
