Circa 90% of its rental income derives from Willys and Rusta who both recently signed ten-year lease agreements. The property has undergone extensive refurbishment and an extension during 2022. The lettable area amounts to approximately 7,300 square meters and the property is an add-on acquisitions to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena I.
