ABG Fastena continues its grocery and discount retail platform build-up by acquiring a property in central Partille, in close connection to E20. The property is fully let to Rusta who has been on the site since 1993. The property is in good technical condition and has gone through several extensive refurbishments in 2008 and most recently in 2020 when Rusta signed a new ten-year lease agreement. The lettable area amounts to approximately 2,800 square meters and the property is an add-on acquisitions to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena I.
