Philip Söderqvist is one of the three founding partners and Head of Investments. Mr. Söderqvist’s primary responsibilities include deal origination and execution.

Mr. Söderqvist has more than 10 years of work experience. Prior to founding ABG Fastena, Mr. Söderqvist was Equity Partner and Head of Project Finance at Pareto Securities where he was responsible for the firm’s real asset investments in Sweden and Finland. In total, Mr. Söderqvist has conducted real estate and infrastructure acquisitions worth approximately SEK 30 billion. Experience does also include several listings and bond issues within the real estate sector, for instance the largest ever sole IPO in the Nordics.

Previous experience include Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Nordanö. Mr. Söderqvist holds a M.Sc. in Real Estate Finance from University of Reading and a B.Sc. in Real Estate and Finance from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) coupled with a B.Sc. in Economics from Stockholm University.
